CLOTHING DESIGNERS
(Four editorial pages per designer)
A: Supply fashionberry with separate photos of a minimum of four (4) designs for an 4-page showcase feature.
Photos on file are acceptable, however if you wish to arrange a new photo shoot and you would like assistance, please email us a request. When we receive a photo shoot request, we will send a list of fashionberry volunteers in the area who have offered their services.
- Please choose and contact the volunteers to become team members.
- Arrange the team and stage the photo shoot for the fashionberry publication. This arrangement includes finding a location and coordinating with the photographer, model, makeup artist and hair stylist.
Be sure the photographer that you have chosen to collaborate with understands and has read the fashionberry requirements in regards to the photographs needed for your magazine designer showcase, see photographer instructions (click here)
B: supply fashionberry with your headshot - it will be published with the magazine - if you don't have one, a good casual photograph is acceptable. Providing a headshot is very important.
C: supply photos for a "minimum of four (4)" designs to a "maximum of six (6)" designs to fashionberry.... the designs should follow the same theme (if possible) to create a better visual presentation in the fashionberry issue
- supply close-up photos of any special details of a design that could be emphasized to make the presentation of the designs more interesting, e.g. close-up shots of buttons, detailing, etc. (be sure to inform the photographer of any details)
* photos must be a minimum of 300 dpi and to be sent to fashionberry via file transfer

** please rename all photos as follows: your_name_001.jpg, your_name_002.jpg, your_name_003.jpg.....etc.
D: supply fashionberry with a biography/design statement (approx. 250 words) – The design statement component should explain to the reader what your designs mean to you or what you are expressing with them. The bio portion may include:
- your name that you want published
- design label name that you want published
- the number of years you have been designing
- the names of the schools where you trained
- where you get your ideas from
- what your future plans are
(Fashionberry reserves the right to edit the biography/design statement)
- provide fashionberry with your "team" information (photographer, model, MUA, etc). This will enable fashionberry to publish credits and link to websites of the team members
